Indian wild elephant
It was a cool misty morning in December on the way to Trichur from Bangalore along with my brother.
Our route was Bangalore - Mysore - Gundlupet - Gudalur - Nilambur - Thrissur.
Since the night travel is prohibited through the bandipur national park,we stayed at gundalpet till 6 AM.
At 6 AM we were allowed to enter Bandipur National Park. It was an unforgettable day for me .awesome route, superb climate,and magical wild life sanctuary.
After cleared the check post,we drove through the dense forest,suddenly sported 2 elephants on the roadside (only one in this pick) . I clicked the camera as she gave me a good pose(the one in my pic).Unfortunately i couldn't spot both on my frame together, as she turned to us. I throw the camera to back seat and pushed the accelerator. vroooommmm....escapee........
Actually speaking it was not my first experience. I had seen many elephant when l travelled from Sulthan Bathery to Pulpally where I born and bought up.its really nostalgic ..the route..the drive..the climate ..I believe its worth sharing.
